SURVEY SHOWS THAT NONPROFITS PLAN TO KEEP HIRING IN 2012
March 25, 2012Nonprofit Employment Trends Survey conducted by Nonprofit HR Solutions indicate that nonprofit organizations are adding staff and expect to see changes in the voluntary turnover rates of employees. The survey conducted in partnership with The Improve Group, found 43% staff size increases in 2011 compared with 34% in 2010, and 43% will create new positions in 2012.
